Apply for 会员 on the 高等法院’s Probate Fiduciary Panel

宣布在 行政令23-25， D.C. 高等法院’s Probate Division seeks applications for the Probate Fiduciary Panel from qualified attorneys who are not currently serving on the panel. The application period runs December 1, 2023, through January 31, 2024.
Applicants, who must have an office in the D.C. area, must commit to attending an educational program and to performing 10 hours of pro bono work in the Probate Division’s Self-Help Center.
After receiving applications from the presiding judge and comments by the Probate Panel Advisory Committee, the Probate Panel Implementation Committee will make its recommendations in February 2024.
